Red Grapefruit and Radish Salad

Something light, fresh and attractive... Hmmmm.... Salad!!! But with some alternative ingredients.
This salad is perfect as a side dish for poultry or meat, you may also use this salad to create a pause between two main courses in a festive menu. And of course it's good by itself!

INGREDIENTS:
Servings: 2

4-5 radish
1 red grapefruit
Iceberg salad
Radicchio / red chicory salad
5-6 cherry tomatoes
6-8 green olives
salt
EVO oil

1. Cut radishes into halves and slice them.

2. Cut cheery tomatoes into halves.

 3. Check it out HERE how to prepare clean segments of the grapefruit.

4. Cut salads into large stripes.

5. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

6. In a small bowl whisk with a fork couple of tablespoons of grapefruit juice and the same amount of EVO oil, add some salt to the seasoning.
7. Season the salad and serve it either as a starter or a side dish.

I served it with the Chicken Thighs with Orange sauce, the recipe is HERE
